The hardest part is backing up good intentions with a serious, long-term commitment, which is difficult when you're alone, lack support, or are experiencing a loss of confidence or self-rejection. Nordic Walking

🔎 DESCRIPTION: Nordic walking, a physical activity suitable for all ages and abilities, offers numerous benefits for both body and mind. More engaging than traditional walking in many ways, and less strenuous and energy-intensive than running, this activity of pure movement and technique is the perfect way to feel alive and in harmony with your body and the environment. It's never too late to start. Whether you're a beginner or not, we look forward to seeing you to chat, laugh, and get our bodies moving—which, let's remember, are designed for movement! 😊


👕 Equipment: 0.7L of water/person / snacks for breaks / pair of comfortable sneakers suitable for walking / casual attire appropriate for the season and weather / sunscreen and cap / a warmer layer (light down jacket type) / depending on the weather: windproof jacket, umbrella, neck warmer, hat and pair of gloves.

HOW? Half-day trips only. Trips guaranteed with a minimum of 4 participants (unless otherwise requested) and a maximum of 12. Cancellation by me: full refund. Cancellation by you less than 48 hours in advance: no refund.

Health Sport - Coaching

🔎 DESCRIPTION: The difficulties of daily life and its unexpected twists and turns can sometimes force us to adopt unhealthy lifestyle habits, and it's always difficult to realize this and then react accordingly. Yet, physical health is of paramount importance and goes hand in hand with mental health. Whether it's getting back in shape after a period of neglect, regaining motivation and discipline in sports, or aiming for a complete physical transformation, we all have excellent reasons to want to feel better. For you, it can start right here and now, by giving me this call and telling me about your goals. We'll explore every aspect (nutrition, equipment, time management, training) of your daily life and put in place the elements so that your body can become what it should always be: your best friend. 😊

📆 WHEN? A time slot to be determined together, either weekday or weekend, for the initial consultation and bi-weekly check-ups. The same applies to training support if you have subscribed to this option.

🗺️ WHERE? By phone or video call for the initial consultation and bi-weekly check-ups. For training support, if you have subscribed to this option, the location will be determined together. It could be your home, a stadium near you, a park or woods, etc.

HOW? Following the initial (free) consultation, I will provide you with a detailed, tailored, and personalized training plan based on its conclusions. We will also schedule bi-weekly check-ups (15-20 minute phone or video calls) to regularly review your progress, any difficulties encountered, and make any necessary adjustments to the plan for the remaining weeks. For those who feel the need, it's also possible to opt for in-person support during one or more sessions of your plan. This in-person support will give me the opportunity to verify the proper implementation of the plan, track progress, and identify any obstacles to advancement. It will also be a way for you to stay motivated, receive live coaching, and break the monotony of training alone.

Running - Coaching & Training Plan

🔎 DESCRIPTION: Did you impulsively sign up for a race and now realize the hell that awaits you? Have you stopped training or are you starting to find it boring? Hiring a coach could be the solution to start or renew a new chapter in your athletic life. I offer a free initial session (via video call or at your home) to establish an individual assessment of your profile and goals, which will then lead, if you wish, to the creation of a customized training plan and follow-up coaching/support for certain runs. 😊
