I'm Pierre, and I'll take you on a journey to discover the wonders of the Forez, Monts du Lyonnais, and Roannais regions through educational and/or sporting adventures, always with a smile and in good spirits! 😀
Okay, but it's not the Alps, you might say?... True, there aren't any 4,000-meter peaks around here, but I promise there's plenty to do and see! The low traffic on the hiking trails guarantees a sense of escape and significant peace of mind 🧘♀️. The flora and fauna of the plains, forests, and lower mountains are abundant and easily visible 🦊. The terrain is varied, ranging from gentle to rugged, depending on individual preferences and abilities ⛰️. And let's not forget the rich heritage and local produce of the Loire Valley 🍲!
As you can see, there's no doubt you'll experience moments of peace and harmony here 🌞. All you need is an energetic local guide who loves nature, community, and sharing knowledge 🫱🏼🫲🏼.

With 'Aventures et Vous', my goal is to revitalize my home region, showcase its assets, and respond—in my own way—to the societal challenges of our time: movement versus sedentary lifestyles; energy conservation versus globalization; and learning through experience and curiosity versus widespread mental passivity.
What do I offer? Nature-based activities, learning (covering both knowledge of and practical skills in the natural environment), simple yet effective entertainment, and sports coaching/instruction.
And in practical terms? Guided hiking (whether athletic, nature-focused, cultural, or a mix of all three!), orienteering, micro-adventures, trek planning and guiding in the mountain range of your choice, and trail running (from introductory sessions to skills development).
Who is this for? Everyone. But especially for those who might not have taken the leap without 'Aventures et Vous'. The aim isn't to win over the elite or an already eco-conscious audience, but to reach people from all walks of life and help them enjoy fulfilling, meaningful experiences.
